We are the Plague 2 is an original piece of hand embroidery.
 
It is entirely hand stitched with added inks, paint, paper and Lutradur. This is the second piece in a series based on our human behaviour. For a single species we have achieved so much, but at what cost? The image is of a plague doctor walking down a street in Swansea (UK) head bowed as he has given up. 
 
Soon the earth will be able to heal without us as we will have created our own demise. 
 
The piece is made from reclaimed materials, and is framed in a hoop that measures 6". It is ready to hang.
